Hello Everyone,

I’m just back from a friend’s wedding in Morocco and raring to have a great work week! It’s lovely having a break and then feeling all the energy burst through into the new projects I have. At the moment I am preparing my meditation courses which start next week. The first one is ‘Bring Balance Into Your Life’ which involves a lot of pranayama to enhance the harmony in your life. The second course is ‘Become Aware’ which enables you to move deeper into your meditative practice. I’m looking forward to teaching my new group techniques which they can take into their everyday. I also have the two workshops in May which I will update you on soon and also add to the event calendar!

Have a wonderful week everyone and look forward to catching up with you all towards the end of the week…

Lots of love,

Meditation Workshop Information

In CategoryMeditation Courses, Workshops
ByBindi

As promised here is the information on my two new exciting meditation workshops!

Saturday 9th May 11am-2pm: Visualisation

Visualisation is a powerful aid which is used to realise what you want and need from your life and then to attain it. The day starts with an introduction to meditation, its benefits and how visualisation works. Then a short breath meditation to prepare the mind and body for the visualisation. We then break for a short tea break to allow the information to sink in.

There will then be a guided visualisation in which you will be led to visualise a beautiful positive scene.

The next visualisation meditation will be your own individual journey where you picture the surroundings and experiences.

Our final meditation will be on the beach where we will meditate towards the sea. The salt of the sea will cleanse our environment, our energy and our thoughts.

The day will end on the beach and there is a lovely cafe where we can get a bite to eat if we so wish!

Cost: £40

Saturday 16th May 11am-2pm: Heal Your Body

This workshop involves meditating on the seven chakras to self heal the body of any physical or emotional issues which are present. The day begins with an introduction to meditation, its benefits and how it can be used to heal the mind and body. Then a short breath meditation and a break for tea.

An explanation of the chakras follows and the meditation on the seven chakras.

The next meditation focuses on a particular physical ailment you may have and a self-healing process to aid in your recovery.

The final meditation is on the beach where we will meditate on the seven chakras again, looking out to sea in order to heighten the self-healing power within us.

The day ends on the beach and we can get a bite to eat at a lovely cafe there if we so wish!

Cost: £40

Please do let me know as soon as possible if you would like to attend.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Get to your Dreams

In CategoryAchieving Dreams, Realising your dreams
ByBindi

I just got back from a lovely walk on the beach and realised how ideal my life is and also how different it is from the life I was living less than one year ago! It really is possible to dramatically change your life for the better. You need clear goals to focus on and also a clear vision. A lot of the clarity can be gained by meditation and from living towards your personal values.

I would say the first place to start foranyone wanting to accomplish their dreams or even know what their dreams are, is to write down their values. Think through your typical day, week and month and write the things which make you happy, when you are the most relaxed, when you laugh. You may also want to write down the things you do not want and the things you want could be the opposite of those. But remember you attract what you send out, so don’t spend much time focusing on what you don’t want, just use this as a trigger to think of what it is you do want!!

I hope that was not too confusing for you :-) ) Please do get in contact for more information or a coaching session on the ‘live the life you dream of..’ programme.

Enjoy the rest of the day xxx

I was on a seminar this morning about the expansion of business and the topic of values came up…those who are close to me know that this is VERY close to my heart! It is amazing to know that there are so many people who do live their life according to their values but equally important is the people who need to start living to their values. Doing this truly does enhance all aspects of your life! If you want to know more about values and living to them, please contact me…let’s begin your journey to your dream life!!

How are your New Year Goals?

In CategoryAchieving Dreams, Realising your dreams
ByBindi

Hello Everyone,

We are already into March now I was wondering how many people are still keeping their goals and resolutions for 2009. If you’re not, do not despair… let’s set some new goals!!

There are some criteria for goal setting which will make it easier to stick at the goals. These are:

Make the goals SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound).

Break the goals down into manageable parts.

State each goal as a positive statement.

Set short, medium and long term goals.

I hope these quick guidelines help. I will go into SMART criteria in more details in a future blog… or if you want to know more now and set your goals individually, please contact me for a life coaching session. The first session is a free taster to see if we work well together.
