Hello Everyone,
We all want and strive to reach our potential in life. But do you really know how to do it? Here are some tips to help you on your way:
1. Know yourself fully
The more you can know yourself – your likes, dislikes and your opinions, the easier it will be to reach your potential. No two people are the same. You are your own unique person and you need to live your life in your own unique way.
2. Know your values
Knowing your values is an essential step in reaching your potential. A lot of the time we go through life according to other’s values. One’s we have learnt and taken on as our own from parents, society and school. To know your true values, take a look at your life and what you enjoy doing and what is difficult for you – this will aid you in discovering your values.
3. Believe in yourself
To reach your full potential, you must have belief in yourself. If there are any limiting beliefs holding you back, these need to be dealt with and a clear belief in yourself created to reach and achieve your potential.
4. Good self-confidence
There needs to be strong self-confidence in yourself and your abilities in order for you to reach your potential. There are numerous ways in which to increase your self-confidence including positive affirmations, positive thoughts and meditation.
These are just a few tips, I will elaborate on them more in my series of tele-classes starting in September. If you want to know more or register in advance, please e-mail me and I will give you some more details: bindi@anamaya.net
Please feel free to comment and add any tips you may have.
Have a lovely day,

Hi everyone,
I hadn’t realised it had been so long since I’ve last posted, where does the time go??? Well I can tell you I have been researching topics for my tele-classes and these will launch in September. If anyone is interested in pre-registering please let me know by the contact page on http://www.anamaya.net. I think the first session will be on living to one’s values and the importance of this. Let me know what you think!
I am also planning the next physical workshops here in Saltdean for September and October; these will be both the meditation and life coaching ones.
I have started to regularly update on twitter so my id is bindishah if anyone wants to follow.
OK I will post a bit sooner next time and also have more news on the tele-classes.
Have a wonderful evening everyone,

Hello Everyone,
I hope you all had a great weekend. On Saturday I had the promotional stall at Longhill Super Saturday. Due to the rain we were inside so unfortunately not where the action was of the sports. Nonetheless I made some good contacts and will be contacting the prize winner for my meditation course later today.
On Sunday my husband and I were visiting family in London and saw a family friend who had recently had a stroke. It is about him and breathing that I want to write. He has miraculously recovered, well the doctors thought it was incredible but it is all down to the power of positive thoughts and of ancient breathing techniques. He is a naturally positive person and for all his life has not let things get him down; a wonderful, cheery diposition and one which is aiding him immensely at the moment. As soon as he realised his illness, he was not defeated, he knew he was going to fight it – such is the power of positive thought. He started doing some deep breathing techniques, ones which I had mentioned to him prior to his stroke.
One such breathing technique is the alternate nostril breath. One nostril is closed at a time and the open nostril used to either inhale or exhale the breath. All the breath should be as deep as the person can do and from the abdomen, so deep in the body. Close the right nostril to begin with and take a deep breath from the left. Then close the left nostril and exhale all the breath from the right. Then inhale from the right and exhale from the left. This is one round of breathing and can be repeated five more times for a round of six. If anyone would like to have me show them the breathing, we can do a session over webcam.
There were other breathing techniques he was also doing, but I believe most of the improvement came due to his positive thinking. Remember that our thoughts make up our world, so if we do think positive then it is likely we will have a positive outcome to everything.
I’d like to leave you with that thought and go and enjoy the rest of your day

I’ve just realised that I haven’t posted the July Newsletter on here, if anyone would like a copy please subscribe via http://www.anamaya.net and I’ll send a copy straight to your inbox. It was all about self-confidence and a few tips on boosting it. I am doing a workshop on self-confidence in Saltdean on 8th August so please do enrol if you want to attain your dreams and feel that you can’t because of your lack of self-confidence, belief and esteem. We’ll boost them all on this workshop!
I am still in the process of finishing my meditation CD, it will be for attendees of my workshops for now and I hope to later make a longer recording for sale – let me know if you’d like one!
I’ll be at the Longhill Super Saturday if anyone is in the Brighton area and would like to come along and meet me and also try some meditation.
Have a great evening everyone,
Bindi x
