Hello Everyone,
I can hardly believe it is nearly November. Today is my husband Jay’s and my 2nd year wedding anniversary; we’ve had a day of half work and half play and a weekend of celebration! The days are really drawing in now and it is getting colder and I have been thinking of goals…as I do when the year is starting to end. I have my life coaching workshop on goal setting this Sat if anyone is interested in attending. It will be 4 hours of information on goals, how to set them effectively and attain them. So if you want to start getting some focus for 2010 and make that difference then give me a call.
I also have my teleworkshop scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10am UK time and 6am Eastern time for my American followers. I know it is early but you get a recording if you cannot make it so please do register. The topic is ‘Balance in Your Life’ and I will be working through techniques of bringing some balance into your life and how you can juggle those balls without feeling overwhelmed.
For either workshop, e-mail bindi@anamaya.net or give me a call on +(44)1273 302 350
Have a lovely evening everyone,
Bindi x
Yay!! I am on the way forward with the teleworkshops and also have all the workshop dates until the end of the year!!
The teleworkshop will be next Tues 27th Oct at 10am… but remember you get a recording… it is on ‘balance in your life’ where I will be going through a balance wheel and how you can juggle the many compartments you have in your life. Please do e-mail me and register, it will be a great call.
The next meditation workshops are on 14th and 21st November and the next life coaching one on goal setting is 31st Oct – these are all Saturdays so should hopefully also be time for you to relax and chill as well as learn a new technique.
My drop-in meditation classes are at 2pm on Thursdays and are all stand alone, so please do just let me know by Thursday morning and come along. The first class costs only £5.
So as you can see from the above schedule getting more organised and busy with everything
I hope you are all well and if you have a favourite quote you would like to let me know…the more inspirational the better then please post it on the facebook page under the discussions heading: http://www.facebook.com/AnamayaLifeCoaching
Have a lovely weekend everyone and see you soon,
Bindi x
I did my yoga routine this morning to a clip from www.yogatoday.com and it was titled ‘an attitude of gratitude’ and my article for Magnify You this month has also been on gratitude so I thought it was the right topic for today’s post.
What are you grateful for? Can you name three things right now and really feel the gratitude you have. My feelings on gratitude stem from the ‘law of attraction’ in that what we think, we get more of….so if we are grateful about the things in our lives, the more likely we are to get more of them.
In order to really know our gratitude it is important to be conscious and aware of every moment of our lives. To take the time to look at nature and be grateful for the seasons and flowers budding… leaves changing colours…the moon cycles. The more in the moment and the present you can live or let yourself live, the more you will find to be grateful for. If you find yourself continuously looking at the past to past events which have made you unhappy…that unfortunately is what you will get more of. Also do not worry about the future; the better you can make your present mind and attitude, the better your future will be naturally.
So please take the time out today and think of three things you are grateful for and if you can write them down and see them daily for a few days and then write some more
Today I am grateful for my loving husband Jay, our beautiful house by the sea and the wonderful, new friends we ‘re making in the area.
Have a wonderful day,
Bindi x

Hello Everyone,
Well I had the teleworkshop last night which was a HUGE learning curve for me and took me beyond my comfort zone and into new growth
The sound didn’t work at first and it took me a few minutes to sort out what was wrong but when I did, the call flowed. I hope the people on the call got a lot out of it and I am offering a free 15 minute coaching call on the topic for a week.
I will also have the next ones dated soon and hopefully on the website in the next few days!
I would also like to announce new daytime meditation classes. I am offering drop in classes for all levels and abilities in meditation for £8 a session or £70 if a block of 10 is bought. The classes will be held mostly on Tuesdays at 10am and 2pm, located in Saltdean, Brighton and last for 45 minutes. Please do e-mail or call if you’d like to book. The first class will be on 13th October.
I also offer 1-2-1 meditation sessions for those who would like to tailor a session to their needs. These are £20 each for one hour.
I hope you all have a lovely day,
Bindi
I’m just about prepared for my first teleworkshop tonight on ‘7 steps to improve your self-confidence‘. I’m hoping that everyone coming onto the call is looking forward to it and will be equipped with great self-confidence tips to try afterwards.
If you would still like to register, please e-mail me at teleworkshops@anamaya.net and I’ll send you the call details and the handout we’ll be working through.
The time will be 8pm UK time, 3pm US Eastern time. I really hope to ’see’ you on the call.

Happy October!!
Time really does fly when you’re having fun
I hope you are all well and enjoying the last warm days before autumn and winter kick in. We had our first winter in Saltdean last year and as we are on top of a hill, it can get extremely windy – but we are prepared for it this year!
I am having my first teleworkshop call on Monday 5th October and some of you will have already received the call information. If there is anyone still wanting to register and get onto the teleworkshop, then please e-mail teleworkshops@anamaya.net. The topic for Monday 5th Oct is ‘7 steps to improve your self-confidence’.
The next teleworkshop will be Monday 19th Oct on ‘Letting Go Easier’, so events, emotions and memories you cannot seem to let go of and are affecting your happiness.
I will have a list of teleworkshop topics on the website soon, so please bear with me and in the meantime e-mail me directly for more information.
September saw the launch of a new Athena Women’s Networking Group in Rottingdean. It looks like it will be a fantastic group full of inspiring and motivated business women. For more information contact Tracey Lankstead: tracey@theathenanetwork.com, and I hope to see some of you at the next meeting on 21st Oct.
I would also like to announce a health and well-being event which I am hosting with Amanda Laffoley (DStress & Go: http://www.dstress.co.uk). The LIFEstival will be held at the Saltdean Community Centre, Saltdean, Brighton on the weekend of 1-2 May 2010. We are bringing together health, well-being and holistic experts from around the area under one roof for a weekend of talks, demonstrations, stalls and of course lots of fun. It would be great to see some of you there and if you do wish to exhibit then please let me know
The event is donating to Chestnut Tree House Hospice: http://www.chestnut-tree-house.org.uk
As I’m sending this newsletter on a Friday and a lot of you may be winding down for the weekend, I thought I’d do a quick guided visualisation to get you into the mood for relaxation. You can read the visualisation out first and then close your eyes and imagine it.
The beach visualisation:
Imagine the soft sand under your feet as you walk nearer to the water. The golden yellow colour under your bare feet, the warmth of the sun warming your whole body and soul. Take a deep breath allowing the sun to energise you. You stop to watch the birds in the palm trees, enjoying the simplicity and magnificance of nature. The calm, cool water of the sea beckons you closer. It is a deep blue and you gently dip your feet in. The cool of the water washes over your feet cleansing your body and soul. You take a deep breath in and savour the moment. Feel the healing properties of the water wash over you.
Enjoy your weekend
