Meditation Courses
I run 5 week meditation courses in Saltdean on a variety of topics, such as ‘increase self-esteem’, ‘bring balance into your life’, ‘heal your body’.
The classes include learning pranayama (breathing techniques); learning to meditate or improving your ability to meditate and some deep relaxation. The classes are small, with a max of 6 people per class in a comforting, warm environment.
Please wear warm clothing as the body will cool in meditation; blankets are provided.
